  1. 2 cups of rice
  2. 4 cups of water

Instructions:

  • Rinse the rice until the water runs clear.
  • Combine rice and water in a pot, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the rice is tender and water is absorbed.
  • Fluff with a fork before serving.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
