Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
