Banana Bread Cupcakes Recipe

Craving something sweet and homemade? These banana bread cupcakes are the perfect treat! They’re soft, moist, and delightfully easy to make. Follow this simple recipe and enjoy a delicious twist on a classic favorite.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Your Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake tray with cupcake liners.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and melted butter. Mix in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  3. Add Dry Ingredients: Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture, then add the flour. Stir until just incorporated. Be careful not to overmix.
  4. Fill the Cupcake Liners: Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool and Enjoy: Let the cupcakes cool in the tray for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy them plain or with your favorite frosting!
